If you hold current tickets and have solid hands-on experience in the construction and civil sector, we'd like to hear from you. We're after self-motivated people who can work to a daily plan set by the site team, work safely without close supervision, and stick with a project for the long haul. You'll need to be Brisbane-based or within 50km of surrounding regions. Trades and operators we're hiring across Brisbane: Experienced machine operators – excavator, skid steer, roller and water cart (GPS knowledge and VOC advantageous) All-round construction labourers (multi-skilled and ticketed) Skilled labourers and experienced civil/drainage general labourers Traffic controllers – Level 1 and experienced Level 2 TMI (skilled labouring a bonus) Riggers, dogmen and scaffolders Formwork carpenters and carpenters Forklift and hoist operators EWP and Manitou operators To be considered, you'll have: White Card – essential Up-to-date tickets and proven experience on construction and civil sites Recent VOC (Verification of Competency) The ability to read and understand drawings and plans A good eye for detail and quality GPS experience on machines (operators) A QLD licence and reliable transport to site (essential) Australian citizenship Openness to Monday–Sunday availability for ongoing work Comfort working solo and as part of a crew A switched-on approach to safety and strong communication A strong, dependable work ethic and a proactive mindset Why join KPI Group: Daily travel allowance plus penalty rates Steady, ongoing work on long-term projects Paid weekly Plenty of outdoor work Brisbane-based, ticketed and ready for ongoing work?
