The KPI Group is a well-established Labour Hire company, operating since 2010 across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
We currently have upcoming opportunities in the Sunshine Coast and the Wide Region for skilled civil machine operators and Civil Labourers who can demonstrate strong experience and capability within the Civil Construction industry.
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable candidates who can work independently and follow daily instructions from site teams.
Positions Available (Multiple Roles)
Civil General Labourers – with laser experience, current fit test and mask and Fit for general Labouring duties; moving fencing, erosion and sediment controls, cutting and handling geofabric materials, etc. experience with operating machines advantageous. Live within 100km of project sites
Civil Machine Operators – (Must have GPS experience) Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Dumper, Possy Tuck, watercart. Must hold current relevant tickets, VOC advantageous. White Card. Minimum 3yrs Experience, references checked and live within 100KM of project sites.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Civil Labourer (multi-skilled and multi- ticketed)
GPS machine operation experience (highly regarded)
Recent VOC (Verification of Competency) advantageous
Current Operating Tickets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Demolition experience desirable
Additional tickets (e.g. Traffic Control) and site cleaning experience advantageous
Valid QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong safety focus and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused with a solid work ethic
Ability to follow direction and complete allocated tasks
